Recently All El Macero homeowners received a ballot to vote
on a
proposed increased assessment for the Fire Department. Under
the
proposal the assessment for an individual residence would
increase from
$120 to $240 per year. While this is a sizeable increase,
it should be
noted that assessments have been at the $120 level since 1985.
We feel
the increase is needed and urge your support by voting yes.
